Chapter 8

All the Time in the World

The hotel chapter is where most players meet their first 007 First Light codes — two numbers and a symbol puzzle, all read from objects scattered around the restricted floors.

The clue — The 1805 laundry door code is written on the Security Note inside the Manager's Office, which sits behind the main lobby service desk in a restricted area. Grab the note first and the keypad is a formality.

Unlocks — Opens the laundry route through the hotel's back-of-house — the quiet way past the lobby that avoids the patrolled public floor.

The clue — The Manager's Office safe combination is the vintage on the Vino Sacramental wine display in the same office — read the year off the bottle and dial 1952. It is the same for every player; the wine label is just the in-game pointer.

Unlocks — The Manager's Office safe holds mission intel and a collectible; cracking it is one of the chapter's optional objectives.

Dining Room Fireplace PuzzleDeclassify ▸

The clue — The Dining Room fireplace is a symbol puzzle, not a number pad: set the three carvings in the order Lion, then Snake, then Goat. A note in the room hints at the sequence, but it is fixed, so you can input it directly if you missed the note.

Unlocks — Solving the fireplace opens the hidden cellar route and the reward stashed behind it.

Chapter 11

Uninvited

Uninvited is mostly an access-puzzle mission — getting into the gala — but the courtyard maintenance route is gated behind one fixed door code players hunt for during the escape.

The clue — The maintenance door code is 3256, and you read it off a laptop in the Library before you reach the door. It is the same value for every player — earlier write-ups assumed it was randomised, but the major guides all confirm a fixed 3256.

Unlocks — Opens the courtyard maintenance room that aids your escape from the gala and completes the 'Closed for Maintenance' challenge.

Chapter 12

Knightfall

Knightfall is the game's most puzzle-heavy mission, and the Perch safe is the single 007 First Light code most Knightfall searches are really after.

The clue — The Perch safe code 1493 is spelled out by four objects in the office — Diploma (1), Painting (4), Game (9) and Model (3). Reading them in that order gives 1493; opening the safe on the first try completes the 'Crackerjack' challenge.

Unlocks — The Perch safe holds the intel you came for; a command code (BASILISK) is entered at the terminal afterwards.

⚠ Don’t miss — Open it first try for 'Crackerjack' — entering a wrong code seven times instead unlocks the joke 'Epic Fail' challenge.

Chapter 15

Man of the Hour

The Q's Lab chapter hides two 007 First Light codes behind environmental clues — a leaderboard and a number plate — so they look harder than they are once you know where to look.

The clue — The Q-08 armoury door code is 1324 — Waters' high score on the shooting-range leaderboard in the lab. Check the leaderboard, take the top score, and the armoury opens.

Unlocks — The Q-08 armoury stocks gadgets and weapons for the lab section.

The clue — The Q-03 stress-testing cabinet code is 4397, read off the vehicle number plate in the test chamber — the plate reads QLAB 4397, and the last four digits are the combination.

Unlocks — The cabinet in the stress-testing chamber holds a gadget pickup.

Chapter 16

Wave of the Future

Wave of the Future has no dial to brute-force — the number that gates progress is the Archive keypad, and the riddle that gives it is the chapter's signature puzzle.

The clue — The archive keypad answer is 1864, worked out from the locker-room riddle: digit 1 = 1, digit 4 = 4, digit 3 = 6 (4 + 2) and digit 2 = 8 (4 + 4) — giving 1864, the year of the Battle of Mobile Bay. To reach the riddle you first pickpocket a civilian for the Office Key.

Unlocks — The Security Office archive behind it holds the M Profile intel collectible.
